We have a fully furnished one Bedroom (large with walk in robe), Living/Dining, WC, Bathroom (with bath), Walk in Linen/Storage, Kitchen/Laundry + Backyard to rent in the back half of our home. We don't share any spaces as it is fully self contained,(you have your own entry down the side)
We are close to Lake Monger, Leederville, Subiaco, City Beach and the City. It really is an awesome place to live.
We also have a corgie.
It is available from April 29th to rent as our lovely tenants are moving away.
We are after a couple or single person that is respectful and easy going.
