Hi
We have a room available to rent in Burnside.
Our family live upstairs and downstairs is a room with a private bathroom and toilet for rent.
The room is quite large and has a kitchen bench-top with sink and plug in double stove.
The room also comes with a queen bed, large storage cupboard, air con, internet and electricity included.
Preferably a female non smoker. Unfortunately the room is not suited for pets.
My wife and I are 38 and we have 3 children. I’m an electrician and my wife is a nurse. With 3 children we are quite busy and are away from home weekdays for most of the day. The evening can be quite loud as the kids are still young but bed time is 7 and the noise settles.
Prefer someone that is working or studying.
Respectful with property.
We have a cat named Luna. Luna keeps to herself.
