The property is located 3 klms out of Palmwoods at Hunchy. Property is on 2.5 acres. Palmwoods has IGA Supermarket, bakery, pub, Drs, pharmacy, dentist, post office and police. It also has a number of very popular eating destinations including Ricks Garage, The Shed, Piggyback and Stonebridge gardens.
The studio is attached to the house. Has its own entrance and access to pool.
Great location just 25 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to Montville.
We are a mature couple but young at heart. We work, enjoy the beach and bush.
We enjoy the peacefulness and quiet of our property.
Looking for someone that will enjoy this also.
The studio is available for 2 months. However, for the right tenants there is the possibility of an additional 2 months with reduced rent for caretaking responsibilities of the main house.
