‘Hills on Hunchy’ is the perfect holiday retreat and has been enjoyed by backpackers from a number of nationalities who prefer their own space. It also suits local working couples. The 2.5 acre property is located 3 klms out of Palmwoods at Hunchy. Palmwoods has an IGA Supermarket, bakery, pub, Drs, pharmacy, dentist, post office and police station. It also has a number of very popular eating destinations including Ricks Garage, The Shed, Piggyback and Stonebridge gardens.

The studio is attached to the house but is private, has its own entrance and access to the pool.

Great location just 25 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to Montville.

We are a mature couple but young at heart. We work and enjoy the beach and bush. We enjoy the peacefulness and quiet of our property.
Looking for tenants that will enjoy this also.
The studio is fully self contained, featuring a comfortable king bed, an outdoor area and beautiful bush land views.
Perfect for backpacker couples but must have a reliable car as the closest bus is 3km away.
Available for 3 mths. However for the right tenants there is the possibility of staying for 6 mths.
