Description of the home
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a fully self contained granny flat out the back. We have the granny flat available for rent. There is an air con unit, built in cupboards, your own bathroom and kitchen/living area. The deck is huge and perfect to watch the stunning sunsets we get over the river. You would need a tinny to get to and from the mainland or a resident pass for the barge which is only $1 over and nothing back. HOWEVER, we both have resident passes and cars and Affrazia has a tinny so transport will not be an issue should you need assistance.
My name is Sophia, I work full-time Monday-Friday and am 26 years old. I have three cats at home that are inside the main house. I enjoy a beer or two on the weekend and going to the beach as much as possible however like my peace and quiet throughout the week due to work.
I would like someone who has a similar life style to me and won't be offended if you don't see me much throughout the week.
