🌅 Walk to the beach every morning and watch the sunrise! This place is amazing for your soul. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom.

🏡 Spacious and newly renovated downstairs private apartment below our home including a seperate bedroom and large living area with sofa bed, full bathroom with luxurious new bath, washing machine, well equipped kitchenette (full fridge, convection oven/microwave, double induction cooktop) and own entrance door. Outside the living space is a private outdoor area with table, chairs and Weber barbecue (Baby Q).

🛌 Fully furnished including linen, towels and all bedding. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Everything you need!

🏖️🏄‍♀️ It’s a short 250m walk to the beach and 1.5km to Peregian Beach village. Noosa is 10 minutes by car. Public transport (bus 620 stop 250m walk), taxis and ride share companies operate in the area. Quiet street parking directly in front of property.

🚭Non-smokers only who are clean, tidy, quiet and considerate. Sorry, no children or pets.

💵 Price includes all bills and a weekly clean. Unlimited Internet: Bond required prior to arrival to secure apartment. Government identification to be submitted and I will provide my ID to you as well. Rent paid 1 week in advance.

Bills and expenses

💰 All bills included. Nothing more to pay. All linen provided and all set up including towels, sheets, pillows, doonas etc. Cleaner once a week. You’ll seriously feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel … with lots more space!
