I've got a beautiful quiet one bedroom apartment in leafy Bellevue Hill. It's full furnished and be a great size for a couple. It's conveniently located just a 15 min walk to the hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach (and all the bars and shops) and 20 min walk or 5 min bus ride to Bondi Junction (for train, Westfield shopping etc).
It's warm in winter with gas heating, has good internet and netflix.
It's a ground floor apartment that has as balcony that faces the back garden. It's really quiet building and is suitable for a person or couple that wants a quiet sanctuary at home but still easy to get anywhere.

I'm ideally looking for someone from approx 2 June until the end of the month. Dates are still flexible while I'm organising travel. And I'm also considering renting it for the month of July too so would be open to extend it for that second month if you are interested.
