Studio 2 is one of three studio's with its own bedroom, kitchenette, sitting/dining area and ensuite bathroom. The backyard is shared by all studios. All furniture and some kitchen appliances will be provided as well as all bills and garden maintenance are included in the rent. You will have your own secure access to your studio as well.
This studio is for singles only, non-smokers and all pets are welcome. The only dog breads we don't accept on the property are Rottweilers, Pitbulls and and dogs deemed dangerous. We have a young family, a dog ourselves and also other dogs from other tenants.
We are also open to negotiating price of just a weekly (Sunday night - Friday morning) arrangement with a price to match the reduced tenancy. This would suit workers who need somewhere in the mountains to live during the week.

This home is a newly renovated home in a beautiful and quiet area of Blackheath. The house is on a main bus route and a very easy 20 minute walk to the main town centre and the train station. The house is also located very close to several key lookout points in the Blue Mountains and many great walks for all levels of skill are close by.
