We offer a furnished Studio available for short/medium term stays.
Cosy private unit, private entrance and own courtyard.
Walking distance to everywhere, 15 min walking to Crows Nest, 15 min to North Sydney,
one-stop buss ride to Wynyard Station CBD!
Fully furnished with full kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas cook-top),
bathroom and full external laundry room with top-loader and dryer. Street parking on the block.
= Weekly rate*: $550 individual / $650 couple
- Cash 4 weeks deposit on arrival.
(NB. any damage with be deducted from deposit before returning it at the end of your stay).
- Please supply photo ID (license/passport) before booking confirmation
- Place has stairs so not suitable for young kids, please check photos
- With young children we ask for no visitors or parties during your stay please
