Inner city location, close to Central railway station, UTS and Sydney University. Modern high-rise building. Studio apartment with its own keyed entrance and kitchenette and shower. Facilities include gym and outdoor pool/ spa. All set up with bedding and kitchen equipment.
The apartment is split into two with a separate self-contained studio apartment next door to ours. Our building is very unique for a high rise and it's more like a vertical garden. Building facilities include a massive gym and perhaps Sydney's best outdoor pool. We are seeking flatmates who are looking for a modern, high spec apartment on a medium to long term basis. If you are looking to stay in Sydney for three to twelve months and don't want to pay ridiculous Hotel prices, this is the studio for you.
