Our brand new beautiful granny flat is now up for rent! Available from November 20th and can be a short term or longer term arrangement (up to 9+months)
Details- unfurnished or can be furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, spacious living and kitchen in Collaroy.
Fully integrated fridge and dishwasher, air-conditioning, outdoor hot/cold shower, built in wardrobes, pet friendly, side of house access, plenty of street parking and under house storage.
All bills included.
We own and live in the main house in front of the granny flat that is for rent. We are fun and easy going with kids and 2 small dogs. Our house and granny flat are newly built and in a great location.
We love to watch sport, go to restaurants and pubs and hang with our kids on the weekends. We’re busy professionals and easy to get along with.
Would like someone who is professional, clean, social, kind and fun.
2 shih tzu dogs named Billie and Maggie.
