I am renting out my apartment from the 5th June till end of September this year (these dates can be a bit flexible). It is a 1 bedroom apartment. I am looking for $600 a week (including all bills and wifi) with a $2400 bond. Excellent location in Coogee with access to the beach only a 10 minute walk away. It is also minutes away walk to transport, gyms. cafes, restaurants, parks, supermarkets and bars. The unit is located around the back of the block so it is very quiet throughout the day and night. The unit is fully furnished with a double car tandem car space that is covered. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer onsite a very short walk from the unit. Both the living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans. There is also heaters provided in the units to keep things warm in colder days.
