The studio is fully self contained with its own private access, kitchen, toilet, shower, laundry and living space. The space is also furnished if you wish to use any of these items; such as a washing machine, fridge... BYO mattress.
There is also plenty of under house storage if you need to store anything long term.
The space is available from Sunday 3rd March 2024 and all bills & internet included in the rent.

- Photocopy of drivers license or passport
- Rent paid weekly in advance
- Work from home maximum 1day/week
- 2 weeks notice before end of stay
- End of lease clean $250
- No bar or blow heaters; oil heat allowed
- Studio will be freshly painted on the 22nd & 23rd March so you will need to be out for these couple of days but the place will look great with a fresh clean (on us) upon your return.

This is a fully self contained studio on the ground floor of my house. There is your own private access, laundry, living space, shower and toilet. The space is not accessible between my house and your studio so essentially it's just all your.
Plenty of street parking, 5min drive from the train station. On the edge of the national park.
