My partner Mike and I (see photo) are heading overseas and looking for someone to lease our apartment between 14 May - 30 July. We can be flexible with dates.
Its a 1 bed (queen size) apartment with a separate study, internal laundry (washer and dryer), bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen, living room and dining room.
Fully furnished, with bills, streaming services on the smart TV, and heating (portable, unfort not a split system!).
Apartment is a 10-15min walk to Queenscliff and Freshie beaches, express bus to the city and bus into Manly are a 5min walk away, and located on a first floor (walk up) in a block of 8 (I think).
Neighbours are lovely, a few kids and doggos, definitely not a party block.
