Blacksmith's Cottage
Our sweet cottage has a studio flat, it has sandstone walls (cool in summer and easy to heat in winter and a lovely honey colour) with an east-facing private garden courtyard area. A little garden flat oasis! We are looking for a sweet pea to move in!
You will have your own access, a courtyard, kitchen with lovely plywood joinery an under-bench fridge and freezer, a combined bathroom and laundry and lots of shelves and storage. Timber floors, ceiling fans, sandstone walls and plywood joinery. It's nicely designed.
We are hoping to create a lovely community kind of home where we all have our own space and privacy.
We are a family of 3 people, one dog and 2 guinea pigs upstairs and we are looking to find a couple or a single person.
Suitable only for quiet living compatible with a family upstairs (and able to put up with the running of small feet - although we try to be mindful - we do have a child).
Walking distance to parks, Annandale Village and the light rail.
