Description of the home

We are looking to rent out the bottom half of our house, as we live upstairs we are looking for someone (or couple) who are respectful of that, reasonably quiet and kind. It is fully-furnished and you will have your own private access.

We are early risers (5:30 am) and during weekdays early sleepers (9:30 pm), so if that is your type of lifestyle then we will all get along well. Quiet hours would be 9:30 pm to 6 am. Home location: We are 3 km from Narrabeen main shopping area and 3.5 km to Warriewood shopping square which has most shopping available. The main bus line to the CBD/towards Manly is on Pittwater road so ideally you have transport (bike/car) to get to this. The only close bus stop is 10min walk away on Anana/Rickard road. If you love walking and being active then you'll enjoy this area. If you're more of a city slicker you might not like it so much.

It's a beautiful location, especially over Australian summer where we have access to the most stunning coastline (Narrabeen, Turimetta beaches are the closest). There are lots of walking, riding trails nearby (Narrabeen lake).

Please note: The laundry is a shared space but is located in the rental space. We can enter from the back without disturbance but wanted to call this out so you are aware.
There is also a fish tank in the flat, so we would ask that you can feed the fish once daily and we might need to arrange to clean a couple of times through-out your stay.

We have a pretty active lifestyle so we're mostly at work and outside of that we are usually working outdoors in the garden or at the beach.

Description of pets
We have a beautiful golden retriever dog, Charlie, who lives upstairs with us. He's very well behaved and a pleasure to have around. You will probably not see or hear much of him except the pitter patter of his footsteps.
