Bright, self-contained furnished studio on a quiet street, near the park and close to Oxford Street buses, shops, and great cafés. Entirely separate from the main house, it has its own entrance via the rear garage.

Weekly cleaning and internet are included. Electricity is separately metered and charged monthly. No car parking is included.

A few things to know: While the street is quiet, some noise can be heard from the garage door opening and cars coming and going, particularly in the morning.

The backyard belongs to the separate main house, where a dog lives. The door between the studio access area and the backyard must remain closed to keep the dog safely contained.
