Description of the home

Newly built house, we are the first tenants! There is few outstanding work items still to be completed on the house including concreting your private walkway access along the house to the granny flat. See marked up photo.

Currently for rent is a 1 bedroom & ensuite with a small living area which is situated inside the house ground floor but locked off to the rest of the house, there is a door access into the main house / kitchen living area but it’s locked off.

Rent
$350 per / week for single person a Bond 3weeks plus one week rent in advance.
It doesn’t have hot plates or gas plates or stove so not a full kitchen

Available -18th April
Granny flat will be available to rent from the 18th April possibly earlier once the private access to the granny flat has been concreted.

Real estate agency will carry out inspections on an annually (subject to change) if they change the times and frequency.

One car will be garaged and all the other vehicles need to park outside, there is room for one more car in the drive and we have room for a few more cars on the road side. It’s a Safe area, haven't had any issues.

Tallawong station is 11 min drive or 25min via bus, bus stop is 6min walk from the house down the road.

Both me and my partner are construction professionals, we work the majority of the time we are super relaxed and happy to help if you need anything. We are quiet and respectful happy to socialise at times.

Ideal Flatemate, we are all good humans 😅 just be fun and social, it’s obviously to keep the property clean and tidy and free from damage. Im good at repairing stuff so please don’t hide anything accidents do happen. Paying the rent on time is main item here, be mindful of others but in saying so we will be on the first floor and sometimes ground floor to get to the kitchen of course but mostly far away from your side of the house.

We have 2 little Yorkshire terriers or should I say couch potato’s 😅 they mostly sleep all day, they don’t bark, they are hyper allergic dogs so no allergy problems and they don’t shed or loose hair but they live in the main house so you will hardly see them
