Description of the home

Renting out my spacious loft-style apartment in Surry Hills, that has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 car space (please let me know if you don't need the car space, and I'll reduce the weekly rent by $50). It has so much natural light and is clean and fresh (but not clinical - plenty of character!).

The apartment has a new kitchen, including a dishwasher, has been newly painted and refreshed throughout, has electric roller blinds and also sheer s-fold curtains for added privacy. There is a work from home desk and space setup, super speedy internet, a comfortable lounge area (with stunning furniture), a TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, a dishwasher, a balcony (which is really helpful for drying clothes), a marble 4 seater dining table, the world's comfiest double bed, a brand new Bosch washing machine (the best), loads of wardrobe and bathroom storage, and a bathroom that has a bath and a shower.

This apartment is close to absolutely everything:
-Central station is a 10 minute walk
-Museum station is a 5 minute walk
-Gadigal Metro station is a 10 minute walk
-Bus stops that will take you to the Inner West & Eastern suburbs are a 4 minute walk (waiting to cross at the lights is the longest part of that 4 mins, if you're heading to the Eastern Suburbs)
-Insanely easy to walk to work, if you work in the CBD (it takes 25 mins to walk to Wynyard station, just as an example. And walking through Hyde Park on a sunny day is always great)
-1 min walk to Oxford Village, which has an Aldi
-Also a short walk to the Woolworths Metro on Bourke Street, Coles in World Square (if you're wanting to walk to a big supermarket), Coles in Redfern (about a 25 min walk - my favourite supermarket because it's brand new and really quiet if you go during the day on a weekday)
-Close to bars, restaurants, pub, entertainment - whatever floats your boat!

Please note: this is not a party house. I'm looking for someone/a couple that will respect the space and neighbours (who are all lovely), and are clean and tidy. As well as no parties, there are also no pets (I'm sorry!).
