Description of the home

One-bedroom apartment in the city near Town Hall and Chinatown. It's a shared Room, but only one person will be in the apartment with you. It features a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, and a small balcony. The place is quiet and clean. Ideal for a university student or a professional working in the city. Preferably a male housemate, aged 18-30, Gay (apologies for the preference ).
It might be possible to accommodate two people, but we need to discuss how to organize the space for three and the associated costs.
It can also be clothing optional if comfortable with it. It’s good to have someone willing to discuss any situation openly and in a friendly manner. Food can also be shared or cooked separately as needed.
Rent does not include bills; can decide after inspection. You can make your best offer, I’m flexible . Only a one-week bond is required.
Available for short-term stays then can discuss for an extension if needed. All details can be discussed after the inspection if we decide to share.
