Im off on holidays so my place is available to rent from 24 May-22 July.
$750-850/week, price depends on length of stay. The longer you stay, the cheaper.

The apartment is fully furnished and outfitted with everything you will need as this is my home, not a rental. The apartment is 60 sq m in size, bright with ample natural light.

There is garage parking for motorbikes. We may be able to arrange garage parking for a car, discuss with me if you need this. There is timed street parking (free) available for cars.

There is a large gym and multiple indoor pools, spa, and sauna in the aquatic centre across the street. Entry is included with my strata, so therefore free for you to use.

The apartment is steps away from Coles/Aldi, ample restaurants, and multiple bus lines including the 304 direct to Surry Hills/Oxford Street and others going direct to Redfern and Central stations. The apartment is on the interior of the building, so the balcony overlooks the courtyard and there is no street noise.

Everything is included: Aircon, heat, internet, electricity, water, brand new Bosch washer and dryer including detergent, towels, cleaning supplies, 65'' TV, Sonos speaker system, balcony with lounge, table, and bbq, gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cookware.

Bond will be 3 weeks rent, and a short term lease agreement will be used to protect all parties.
