Description of the home

You will be living in a granny flat which is seperate part of a house. You will have your own kitchen area, living room, bedroom, toilet, shower and air conditioner. If you enjoy open space, there is a little garden and an entertainment area you will like. Very close to parramatta river, with beautiful scenic points if you like to go for walk/run.

House is 6 minutes to ferry and train station and a minute to bus stop with excellent access across sydney including parks and shopping. 30 minutes to Macquarie university by bus, bus stop next to house. Its 30 minutes by train and bus to city and less so to parramatta.

Appliances and furniture included are big fridge, microwave, stove, vaccum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, double sofabed, tallboy, fan, monitor, table, chair, music system and air conditioner.

Currently there is a comfy sofa bed, but if you prefer a single bed, we can arrange that if you plan to stay over 6 months.

Rent/utility bills negotiable for the right tenant.
