Beautiful 3rd floor apartment with a decent sized balcony overlooking a park. The room comes furnished with a bed, tv (not in photos but can send some if asked), tv stand, washing machine and dryer, small clothing line, and a kitchenette equiped with a mini fridge, small electric stove, microwave and kettle. The balcony is large enough to have 2 tables, a large pot plant and some smaller tomato plants and we still have plenty of space to move around comfortably. Very modern bathroom with mirror cabinets, toilet and large shower.
A short walk to many local restaurants. Coles, Woolworths, Greensquare station and most bus stops are under 10 minute walk away. The building has a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, and barbecue area that are all shared by tenants (videos can be provided of these). Very cozy place and the area is quiet safe :)
