Room with a QUEEN BED in a 2 bedroom apartment. Stay length is ideally 6+months, we are looking for someone more long term.
This apartment has gone through a fresh update.. The majority of the apartment is all newly renovated with fresh walls and floors. All furnishing are brand new. :)
You will be sharing with one other girl who works in Child care and is new to Townsville. They are easy going, neat and tidy and goes about their day.
I am renting out my room as I have other projects going one and looking for someone who is clean and respectable when sharing living spaces.
This is not a party place.
All bills and a monthly clean is included in rent of general areas. Whilst renting it is still courtesy to clean up after ones self so all spaces are left livable for each person.
