Room with a SINGLE BED in a 2 bedroom apartment. Stay length ideally 3 months, can be open to 6months.
This apartment has gone through a fresh update.. The majority of the apartment is all newly renovated with fresh walls and floors. All furnishing are brand new. :)
I am a FIFO worker and you will have the place to yourself every 2nd week while I'm away at work for the week.
I am renting out my room for a short period and looking for someone who likes to keep to themselves and respectable when sharing living spaces.
You will be sharing with one other person who is easy going, neat and tidy and gives about their day.
This is not a party place.
All bills and a fortnightly clean is included in rent. Whilst renting it is still courtesy to clean up after ones self so all spaces are left livable for each person.
I am a fifio worker and will use the 2nd bedroom on my fly in and out days. I will be away on my rostered time off which allowing you to enjoy the apartment to yourself.
