The flat is underneath our home, as we have a pole home, you'll have direct access to the yard and access is seperate and around the back of the house. The bathroom and lounge room are one big room.

About occupants
This is my home and my husband and I work away for most of the month, we come back one weekend a month. My adult son live upstairs, he is 25 and has a 4 year old that stays every weekend from Friday - Monday every week. My son works full time, leaves early and gets back around 4pm, he plays sport and is out and about a lot too.
When we come back on weekends, we also have a 5 year old and 22 year old sons with 2 dogs. When we are all home it is more noisey, that is only once a month usually.

Description of pets
2.5 year old Kelpie/collie, very friendly and when we come home we have a 13 year old staffie, also very friendly. They are only around when we come visit.
