Private access via a shared front door leading into a common hallway - we do not use this and get entry around side of house so effectively your own entry. The flat has its own internal lockable door and is fully separated from the rest of the house on its own ground level.

We’re a friendly, professional couple with the better half in her 30's and other half early 40's with two young children (ages 2 and 4) living upstairs. Both of us work full-time. The granny flat has its own access, so no crossover with the family. You may occasionally hear the sounds of family life during the day on weekends and evening but your space is fully self-contained, and we’re always mindful of your privacy and comfort.

The property boarders bushland and an organic hobby farm.

The father is a local and an avid surfer. The mother moved to the area five years ago and enjoys staying active and healthy. We're approachable and down-to-earth, and we're looking for someone who’s independent and appreciates a peaceful and respectful living arrangement.

Female only. Having 2 small children on the top level, we had someone working in childcare/healthcare previously which worked well. There is generally noise from 6-730pm during dinner/baths
