Ideally Im seeking a place for long term! Im 44years old, but act younger! early riser, walk everyday. I have been renting on my own for the past 11years but the home is getting knocked down and subdivided so its time to move on. I enjoy keeping in shape & trying new fitness options as well as food options. I'm a bit of a home body & love hanging out with my cat. That being said I go through phases of going out alot. I enjoy red wine most days...maybe a cheeky smoke. A buddy to hang out with would also suit me as Im a single woman, maybe head out for a drink now and then.

Personal space & alone time are important of course, but fostering bonds with the people you live with is also important so a good balance between the 2 is needed! Food sharing and furniture
I dont mind sharing food as well as having my own, Im not vegetarian but I dont eat alot of meat really. I have a fridge and most things I'd need apart from a lounge considering I've been living alone for the past 11years, im pretty set. But I had to get rid of the lounge & a few old things.
