My name is Melanie, I'm Australian, 30+ something years of age. I am currently seeking a share residence on one of the lovely beaches south of Adelaide.
I have a great rental history and am by nature a clean and tidy person. Most of the places I’ve lived, I have been the sole occupant so I appreciate my own space. However I am also an Air BnB super host, further reference to my appreciation for good company in the home.
My boyfriend lives in Port Willunga with his 9 year old son who I like to spend any spare time with, outdoors or at their place. So home to me is just to rest, sleep and prepare healthy meals!
I do not have any pets. I do not smoke but do like the odd vino to relax. I have a car and boat licence (no boat yet) and I intend to work full time in Adelaide. (Preferably in Tourism as I’m a divemaster)
Late March - early April is a good time for me to make the transition. I'm happy to make the deposit and show payslips of my recent employment if I find the room is suitable upon inspection.
