Thanks for reading! My name is Lachy. I'm a 47 year old gay tradie looking for accomodation until the end of Summer (maybe longer, depending on work contract ). Ideally I would like a furnished room with private bathroom but not essential. Happy with house, unit, granny flat or townhouse. Most of my work is on the west side of the city so I would prefer a western suburb….not essential though.
During the week I usually work everyday from about 7.30am until about 4pm. On the weekends I manage an aviation business and am there most daylight hours (weather permitting).
In the mornings I make a cup of coffee and head out the door. I like to have a beer after work and like to cook most nights.
I'm an extremely easy going guy who can get along with just about anybody. I'm very clean/tidy and respectful of other people's belongings and space. I'm great at handyman jobs and gardening so more than happy to chip in around the house. Love both cats and dogs.
