I’m seeking any accommodation that would be happy to house myself, my cat a therapy animal.
We are happy to share, and have in the past.
Also seeking a 1-2 bedroom apartment, unit, or granny flat, in the Eastern or Southern Eastern suburbs of Melbourne; happy to do self managed rent providers, I have done that in the past (just like realtor management some good, some not so much but you find a way to make it work lol).

I am self employed but have steady income to pay rent and bills; I clean houses, and recently became accredited to drive taxis, expanding my income revenue.
Very clean, and tidy person.
Respectful of other people’s privacy if sharing a home.
I like to get out into nature in my free time, and often will have time in my daily routine to be outside of the house, and away from the home when I am not working (weather permitting; bad rain).
I often cook, or bake, and enough for everyone to enjoy some if they want some too.
I’m pretty chill, and quiet, often found reading a book, doing needle point artworks, painting or sketching.
But I do still enjoy a good chat, and the occasional drink; super super occasionally drink, the last time I had a drink was for a milestone birthday in January, and one to see in the new year hahaha.
I’m 420 friendly, it is a medication option in Australia, and I respect that; but that’s it, I don’t want to be around anything else, because it’s illegal.
Don’t care about smoking or vaping nicotine; it legal.
Or if you like to drink every night.

So long as we can respect each other’s differences, and boundaries, and come to common grounds; I’m very easygoing as a person.

Clean.
Respectful.
Happy to hang sometimes.
Don’t mind if you have animals.
Like to keep busy.
Peaceful in my own company.
Have lived in share houses before.

Open to different foods.
Enjoy cooking; pretty good at most meat and vegetarian dishes I know how to cook.
I know a few vegan dishes, but no vegans to try them in my life.
I also bake when life allows the time for it.

Chilli is a therapy animal for CPTSD and ASD; she will follow me around like a bad smell, or typically asleep or just laying about on my bed or in her cat tree or other such cat like hang out places.

She will avoid others, until she gets to know them, and then when off duty show off her cat/dog like personality.

If I’m not at work, and the activity allows for it; she comes with when I leave the house.
She only stays home because I have work, or the occasional is inappropriate for her type of therapy animal status.

She is litter trained, and she doesn’t make a mass of mess using it; I also keep it very clean.
She does make that much mess when eating either, and it’s all kept on washable placement.

She really is a gem to live with.
