I’m Erica, a 33yo woman, who runs a residential cleaning business, with a cat (indoor only!!), eastern blue tongue lizard, and two little songs birds.
Ideally seeking a bungalow/granny flat/tiny home, for rent in the Bendigo area, Castlemaine.

I am clean, tidy, quiet.
Enjoy cooking, and baking, reading, painting, cross stitching, indoor/outdoor gardening, getting outdoors for adventures, and very family oriented so often out visiting family members in Melbourne or locally in my free time.
I’m the type of person who enjoys getting up at dawn, and making the most of my daylight hours, so that home time is just time for peace, and relaxing.
I’m happy to chill, share a meal, have a chat, in general just hang, when appropriate, but also respectful of others spaces, and their boundaries etc.

Description of pets
Chilli is a therapy animal for CPTSD and ASD; she will follow me around like a bad smell, or typically asleep or just laying about on my bed or in her cat tree or other such cat like hang out places.
She will avoid others, until she gets to know them, and then when off duty show off her cat/dog like personality.
If I’m not at work, and the activity allows for it; she comes with when I leave the house.
She only stays home because I have work, or the occasional is inappropriate for her type of therapy animal status.
She is litter trained, and she doesn’t make a mass of mess using it; I also keep it very clean.
She does make that much mess when eating either, and it’s all kept on washable placement.
She really is a gem to live with.
