Hi, I’m Sienna!
I’m currently staying with a friend while I search for the right place to call home. I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty busy — I work full-time plus some weekends. In my downtime, I love socialising, beach days, going on adventures, reading, Pilates, and anything outdoors.
I have solid rental history, having lived in several share houses and just completed a studio room lease.
I’m looking for a place in the Sumner Park area — including Riverhills, Westlake, Middle Park, Mt Ommaney, Jindalee, Kenmore, Sinnamon Park, Darra, or Oxley — and open to the following two options:
🔹 Short-Term Option
A studio or detached granny flat (just for me), ideally with enough space to have a guest over on weekends. This would be temporary while I secure a more permanent home.
🔹 Long-Term Option
A house to lease for two (potentially three) people:
Budget: Around $550/week for a 2-person rental with a fenced yard (for my friend’s dog), ideally 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.
If rent is higher than $550/week, we’d be looking for a 4-bedroom house, as another friend will be looking to join around August.
