I'm David, I'm 39 and have just moved back home to Brisbane after living and working in the UK. I am recently single and do not have any pets or children.
I enjoy socialising with friends and family, though I'm just as comfortable spending time by myself. I exercise regularly which includes going to the gym, touch football, walking and or running. I consider myself creative and enjoy creative pursuits, in particular ones aligned with my industrial design degree.
I am open-minded and have progressive values. I consider myself respectful and easy going. I am also clean and tidy. Probably a little bit on the introverted side though can be more extroverted when comfortable with the people. I also have a dry and dark sense of humour and love dad jokes / puns.

I would like to live with people who are respectful, clean and tidy (at least in communal areas), and communicative. I enjoy socialising though I also enjoy doing my own thing as well. To me it's important that housemates do their fair share of the chores. It's also important to be respectful of other people's space, belongings and boundaries.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer buying my own groceries and preparing my own meals. I am not vegetarian or vegan, and while respectful of other people's dietary and moral choices I eat meat and other animal products on a regular if not daily basis.
