I’m Tia, I am 30 yo and I currently work at bws. I normally work in the local pubs which is generally a lot of night shifts especially on a Friday/Saturday unfortunately. Not looking to stay with current job much longer as it was only a temporary position, just waiting to see the area I move to. As now I am looking for a place with my partner Noah (32yo) who works as a plasterer, so we have decided to stay in the Chermside area for his work needs. Also much easier to find hospitality roles for me in such a central location!
We are a generally quiet couple, keep to ourselves mostly. However we do still enjoy a chat and getting to know the people we are staying with.
Working at pubs I do get a lot of my social needs there so I tend to keep to myself at home to relax. Noah is usually up and gone early and depending on the days location home anytime from mid morning to late arvo.
We are looking forward to meeting our new flatmates!! :)

Quiet person although I am not introverted, I just sometimes need a break from people seeing as my job can be very demanding regarding the social aspect.
Although I can cook, I don’t very often, Noah is the cook out of the pair of us and he is the better option for a consistent meal anyway! ;)
We love animals, Especially dogs.
Clean and tidy people, Noah can sometimes be working a lot which helps.

Food sharing and furniture
Would prefer to have an arrangement where food is purchased separately. This always seems to be a good way to go about things in the other places I have been in.
We do not own much significant furniture currently, we are in the process of obtaining all that again so possibly would like to find a partially furnished room, yet still have the flexibility to change in the future. I do have my own personal television and would also like to be able to provide my own mattress, regardless of the room being furnished or not if it isn’t too much to ask!
