Hi. I am a retired architect and professional educator. I am coming home to Australia in early March. I am looking for a semi-furnished studio or granny flat. I prefer a space in the ground floor with its own bathroom with a shower, not a bathtub.
I had the right knee replacement in Sydney in 2007 and I decided not to do the left knee surgery, So, I use a light walker to support myself so I do not put a lot of weight on the left knee, I also use it for breakfast and dinner tray and I put my handbag on it when I go to the GP or when I go shopping.
Please be aware that I am completely independant and I do everything on my own, I have a cleaning lady who helps 2,3 times/week. Otherwise, I buy heat and eat food as it is delicious and much easier than cooking it myself.
