Studying communications/journalism and marketing, I used to work in entertainment, (music, sport, tours etc) - slowing down and wanting to enjoy life with a bit of travel.
I have a car, mainly so I can explore Brisbane and surrounding areas on days off. So looking for parking space included. Off-street is preferred but not essential.

I eat healthy as I am diabetic.
I have some furniture (in storage as originally from Sydney) and study equipment.
I have recording equipment for uni courses, prefer quiet areas when needed, so no loud music or parties, etc.
Have kitchen gear if needed, as I love to cook, but no major appliances though.
Prefer a basic furnished room. Comfy mattress lol Happy to store things in my storage unit if not required in the house but happy to share use of what I have.
