I’m Looking for a room (own bathroom preferred), or another person to team up and find a place together✨.

🔻About me:
Im a student at QUT; came to Brisbane in 2023 from Taiwan and will be graduating in the end of 2026 (supposedly).
I’m pretty easygoing and have a simple lifestyle, busy with study during the semester. Can be extremely quiet when I’m locked in with my projects but chatty when talking about something Im passionate about. Overall I enjoy mix of downtime and socializing.
🔻What I’m looking for in a place:
As a fashion lover I might be needing enough space in my room to accommodate my clothes and stuff. And as a design student who uses demanding software I’ll also be needing a space to put my desktop pc, preferably in my own room.
Would prefer own bathroom/ ensuite, but not a requirement if my roomie is a clean and tidy person.
Happy to provide any more information and have a chat and vibe check before decisions are made.

I do love cooking when I’m not busy and always try to keep the common space as clean as possible (e.g. usually at least do dishes once a day even when busy, leaving the sink and tables free from food. Hate to see cockroaches running around), but not a cleaning freak in general.
Would love to be nice friends with roomie if vibes are right; keen to have a little movie night, enjoy chat over a coffee or dinner together occasionally. Meanwhile I respect it when people do need their own time and some private space.
