Hi, my name is Devina (30 y.o. woman). I’m a third year PhD student at UQ and need to move closer to the UQ St. Lucia campus from end of July/ early August to early November as my work hours ramp up. This means I will most likely be gone most of the day Monday to Friday, and I’ll also be going home over most weekends, so you may not see me a lot.
As I’m only looking for a ~3 month lease, I am after a furnished private room with an ensuite bathroom, and off street parking (preferably covered), with a $450pw (bills included) budget. I’m a quiet, tidy, organised person and I love animals so if you have pet/s, all the better for me! In my spare time, I like to listen to lots of podcasts, watch movies, the occasional reality tv shows, and indoor bouldering.
