Hi there!
I'm Tien and I'm currently on the hunt for a new place - moving out of a current sharehouse.
At the moment, I'm hoping for something southside (I work in Annerley) and budget-wise, I can do up to $250 a week. I am, however, more than happy to pay less than $250 though 😅. Ideally, I would prefer to live with just one or two other people, and after my experience with recent housing situation, I would prefer to not live with couples as well. Looking to move by 30th June but I'm flexible.
As a housemate, I typically keep to myself and respect everyones space, but I definitely don't mind having a chat or hanging out every now and then. I mostly value living in a peaceful place, so I'm not really keen on a big party house type of vibe. I also very much clean up after myself, because I know what it's like to live with people who don't.
About me as a person, I'm a musician and also work part time a few nights a week. In my free time, I'm usually just chilling in my room or out and about with friends. I'm currently in a big anime phase and I'm also a big reader so those are my current "hobbies" I suppose.
I'm also a smoker and queer so would also have to be okay with either of those things.
