Hi my name is Ethan, I’m a 21 year old student at UQ studying international relations and French. I just finished my exchange in France and am looking for somewhere to stay for my last semester and potentially beyond. Im looking for somewhere ideally close to shops and public transport. Parking options would also be nice but aren’t necessary. I am clean, quiet, and find it easy to get along with other flatmates. Most of my time spent at home will be down time.

A good flatmate is someone who is easy to get along with but does not impose on the space or time of other flatmates, cleans up after themselves and is accountable for their space, shared spaces, and household matters like rent and any required maintenance etc.
