Hi, potential housemate! Let's make this not boring:

About me:
I've made a recent return home after 16 months backpacking abroad, travelling 20+ countries with too many stories to tell and am slowly getting back into the structure and routine of a 'normal' life, which may seem insane given my recent journey. Truly a life-changing experience but leaving my mundane corporate job in 2024 was the sole best choice I made.

As your housemate:
I'm an optimistic, outgoing, low-maintenance person to live with, clean, respectful of your things and need for space, with a bunch of experience in co-living environments in Australia (girls, guys and couples) and abroad. Real important one for me is open communication with people I live with and I hope to find someone who respects this approach also - I'm almost 30 so I don't do drama haha. Plus, you'll never have issues with bills, rent or shared costs being paid on time. I'm also flexible with arrival and tenancy duration times, so I'd be happy for us to discuss.

What I'm focusing on:
Outside of work, I'll be more active, explore some new hobbies, get into better shape, meet some internationals, learn to be a better cook and start brainstorming on remote business ideas.
The year 2026 (for me) is the year of continuing to try new things - if I become a millionaire from the lotto, that would be solid too.

Prior to my long trip, I sold the majority of my things and won't be bringing any clutter to your household. In fact, practically have a couple of boxes of linens, a queen bed, desk, which I need to WFH and my clothes. That's pretty much all.

More importantly, I will respect all you own and those respective items/spaces.

Don't have any pets but my last living arrangement in Australia is with a beautiful pup and 3 cats so I'm used to living with animals.
