I'm a 61 year old retired Painter and decorator. I am also qualified in colour and design and have a Responsible service of alcohol certificate. I have retired early because of epilepsy, which is now under control. I may return to work from the pension or I may not. But I have been living comfortably paying this amount of rent for a long time and it is within my means. I am clean and tidy and don't leave mess behind.
