Hi there, I'm Merita, the latest addition to the herd of Kiwis flocking across the ditch :) Well, technically I'm a Finnwi (Finnish-Kiwi dual citizen), but hopefully you won’t hold that against me. I work in professional services and I’m looking for a Brisbane starter home from October 4 somewhere quiet, safe, and close to the train.

At the moment I’m open to shorter or longer-term stays, just playing things by ear for the next few months, maybe over the summer and seeing where life takes me.
I’m hoping to find a place where the vibe is friendly and relaxed, somewhere we can have the occasional chat or chill hang but where personal space is respected too.
I’d say I live and breathe irony (so expect a healthy dose of humour) but I'm also pretty adaptable and intuitive, I tend to read the room pretty well and give people the space they need.
