Hi Folks , I am Jase. I am a young at heart but mature 43 year old single man. I work full-time from 6 to 3 each day. I enjoy quite nights after a long day and like to cook myself a simple dinner most weeknights. I will always clean up after myself and never leave anything out of place. My room will always be kept spic and span , clean tidy aswell as keeping bathroom/toilet clean .

I Live a quite life and don't have people visiting. I spend time with my parents at their place on some weekend days. If you like to socialise I will always be social with you 😊 as previous landlords describe me as being pleasant and polite, though I also know when to respect quite time and boundaries 😊. I am the same person each day and my bad days don't change how I treat others around me.
I will never be late with rent and have good history of references.
I attend church on Sundays though I will never talk about that unless you ask me , I am no better than anyone else it's just something I do for myself 😊. So yes if U swear that's totally ok haha. I am genuinely a good person at heart and hope to find the same.
