A half decent standard of cleanliness is a must for shared areas. Sociable flatemates are ideal as im always up for a good yarn. Anyone who's keen on going out once or twice a week would be a bonus, whether it be for a meal, a wander or a full on night. Keeping the week fairly relaxed and saving the noise for the weekend is preferable.
Food sharing and furniture
I have no furniture. I'm open to taking turns making dinner, we can discuss the details at a later time. Although I have none, I can make adjustments according to any dietary needs. Keeping snacks and other small things separate would make sense for the most part, feel free to ask if something catches your eye though
