Hey, I'm Kit (they/them), I'm usally pretty quiet and clean, keep to myself a lot, love listening to and making music (always respectful of others) and honest.
I am currently unable to afford bond straight up but would be happy to work something out, and am looking into bond loans/help with bond.
I have a disability that sometimes effects my abilities around the house, however I always clean up after myself, I also like to cook, game and do art. Pretty homebody, student (currently on leave for while i figure out my living situation) I would like to view the room/s available if possible, please let me know. I don't smoke or thow parties, I do use other nicotine products but happy to keep it out of shared spaces (working on quiting), I keep my space tidy and keep food out of the bedroom, and always clean up after cooking or other activities in shared spaces. Are you flexible on the bedroom furniture as I have my own, and i am ideally looking for a long term arrangement, 12months+

I have very spacific dietary requirements therefore I do not share food, however I like to cook when I can, and I am happy to cook for others every now and then too. I have a couple bits of furniture, bed, bookcases, draws and small TV, these are not for communal use.
