Hi! I am Afra (29F), an international medical graduate starting my masters at Griffith University in February. I am generally a social person but need my alone time and respectful of other people's boundaries. My focus will be my coursework but I will also be looking for casual work shifts.
I am looking for an all female, clean, calm and relaxed place to settle. I will be pretty busy with my coursework but I would love to have a good relationship with my flat-mates and spend time to watch a movie or go out sometimes. I love pets, specially cats and dogs; so as long as the pet is kept clean I'm more than fine to live with one. I have a range of hobbies and pretty flexible with those so I can just chill at home or go out depending on the mood. I don't party, don't smoke/drink but I am alright with others having a little drink around me as long as it's within limit. I prefer home cooked meals so a low/no cook household won't work for me.
My budget is about 250-300 AUD/week, and I would like to find something within walking distance or a bus ride away from the Griffith Uni, Nathan campus. I expect to be in Brisbane in February, so house availability from 1st/2nd week of February would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I am clean and respectful of communal spaces. I would like to have a good relationship with my flat mates and would like to hang out with them occasionally but I enjoy my alone time too. I am big on calm, open communication to resolve differences of opinions. I am chatty and also a good listener depending on the person I am talking to.
