I am a full-time student at QUT and am planning to relocate back to Brisbane for this year’s on-campus semesters. I am currently seeking an apartment to rent. I also have over 12 years hospitality experience so I am confident in finding part time work as soon as I am settled, in the meantime i am financially stable and able to cover all costs required.
I have sufficient funds available to pay both the bond and rent upfront. Ideally, I would be looking to move in between March and early April, though I am flexible with dates. I am also interested in a long-term lease, but am happy to discuss different arrangements if needed.
I am 30 years old, a respectful and quiet tenant, and a non-smoker.
