Hi, I’m Matt — a mature, reliable full-time professional currently based in Moreton Bay and working 50–60 hours per week in Lytton.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business in December and am exploring work and business opportunities in regional areas, so I’m seeking short to medium-term accommodation while I transition. My current lease runs out on the 27th of March.

I live a low-profile, structured lifestyle. I’m up at 4am six days a week for work and usually asleep by 8pm. I keep fit, cook my own meals, rarely drink, and value a calm, respectful home environment.

I’m organised, considerate in shared spaces, and easy to communicate with. I have a clean police record, am financially stable, and can provide references.

I’ve managed large teams in logistics and operations for many years, so reliability and clear communication are second nature to me.
Ideally, I’m looking for a flexible arrangement of 6–12 weeks, with clear notice arrangements should plans change — and I’m equally open to extending if it suits both parties.

I generally take care of myself, but am happy to do whatever the general consensus is when it comes to meals and meal prepping. I don't have any dietary needs. I have everything I need for my bedroom but can put it in storage with everything else if required.
