Hi, I’m Michael — a gay male 30 years of age, I am a creative professional (Own Business a film and theatre productions company based in South East Queensland, we provide and produce quality productions for the community of Brisbane and Surrounding areas, producing inspiring and powerful impactful themes in film, musical theatre and dance.

I currently study at Griffith University Bachelor of Arts Creative Writing and Screen Studies) student based in Brisbane. I’m currently seeking a fully furnished apartment, room, or townhouse, and I’m also open to student accommodation, as soon as possible.

I’m a quiet, organised tenant with a strong rental history, consistent income, and excellent references. I keep my home clean, communicate clearly with property managers, and always try to pay rent on time.

I’m looking for a comfortable, well‑maintained space with good natural light and easy access to public transport or campus.

I’m wanting to move in from the 17th April 2026. As my accommodation isn’t suitable for me to live in and unaffordable with hidden costs that they didn't explain.

I am a highly intelligent, well educated university student with a current GPA of 5, singer/songwriter, music composer, screenplay writer. I have a disability of autism (I am physically capable and independent, I do have NDIS support worker’s supporting me.

My interests and hobbies include creative writing, cooking, filmmaking, landscape photography, musical theatre, graphic design, playing ten pin bowling.
