Hi, please note the potential move in date is at this stage not a definite date as I’m looking to see if something suitable will be found before making a decision.

Seeking a studio/granny flat or a converted shed or a room in a house.

I will pay up to $250 for a shared space, $285 for a self contained studio/granny flat.

If a shared environment, I am seeking to share with a non smoking, animal loving, clean/tidy, fairly quiet, mature and healthy minded person/s who has good communication skills and is honest trustworthy and respectful. Aged between about 35-55.

Prefer to share a house with one woman, but may consider 2 F or a M & F.

Minimal lease term 4-6 months, would extend if suitable. Any bond to be lodged with the RTA.

Possibly flexible with locations out of the areas shown in my profile, especially if a country self contained little home.

If another dog is at the property, obviously he/she must be well socialised (safe/friendly) and calm with small dogs. Preferably be another small dog, and not be unreasonably yappy.
We both love cats.

My little dog is an indoor dog who is housetrained, very quiet and elderly. She is excellent with all other animals and would love a small (or possibly medium size if very friendly ie border collie) calm gentle dog and/or cat for company,

I am middle aged, am very clean and tidy, friendly and up for a chat but also love my alone time.
I am not working due to a permanent back injury and many years living long term on the road with my dog. I would like to do some suitable casual volunteer work if possible once settled.

I’d prefer off street parking especially if a city environment.
Vehicle (may sell soon though ) will not fit in a standard garage or carport.

My pension income is adequate to live off to pay the rent, I save, budget carefully and have no debts. So you don’t need a worry that I’m not working.

I love the country and am open to a farmhouse or maybe even a converted shed with electricity, water and a shower.
I’m experienced with most farm animals and could possibly help out with animals.

The usual things - clean up after yourself, enjoy the occasional friendly chat and wanting your privacy/own time, a good communicator, no addictions or major mental health issues that will affect the harmony of the home (bad experiences with having to deal with this), must love animals, be trustworthy, considerate, fairly quiet.

Not an atheist, someone who has integrity and good values.

Preferably a vegetarian.

I buy my own food but nice to share a meal / dessert together occasionally.

I don’t have living room furniture.

A very calm quiet and sweet small elderly female dog who is well trained/not yappy at all and great with all animals (and birds and wildlife).

She would love a small or medium size calm friendly dog and or a friendly cat to interact with.
